Case Study
First, we developed a Placement Test to determine where you belong at Delos.
Those who took the Placement Test were given a shareable result.
Our assessment was so accurate that Shannon Woodward, one of the actors from the show was placed in the exact role she plays on Westworld. Spooky, huh?
We launched a public recruitment campaign that drove people to apply online.
We even created a Candidate Screening Test. Take the Stress Test to see if you’re cut out for the job.
We also made a handful of teasers that put a very ominous twist on corporate propaganda.
Even the billboards were devoted to the recruitment effort, making it appear as though Delos was now hiring.
